Participation in any such initiative is discretionary and subject to eligibility criteria, application processes, selection methods, and reporting requirements determined by LHSC in its sole discretion. Nothing on our website, in our communications, or during our events should be interpreted as a promise, guarantee, or entitlement to receive funding or support.
LHSC does not guarantee that any applicant will be selected or that any particular level of support will be provided. All decisions regarding selection, funding amounts, timing of disbursements and continuation or termination of support are final and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.
Any financial or in-kind support is intended solely for mission-aligned purposes and may be conditional upon recipients meeting certain conduct, impact or reporting expectations. 5. Donations, Re-Granting and Partner Organizations
LHSC may allocate a portion of donations, sponsorships, or other revenues to third-party organizations, including registered charities, shelters, community organizations and, where appropriate, other institutions whose work aligns with LHSC’s mission.
While LHSC exercises reasonable diligence in selecting partners and monitoring alignment with our values and objectives, these organizations operate independently and are solely responsible for their own programs, governance and use of funds. LHSC is not liable for the acts, omissions or policies of any third-party organization, nor for outcomes arising from their activities.
By making a donation to LHSC, donors acknowledge that final decisions regarding the allocation and use of funds are made by LHSC in accordance with its mission and legal obligations, and that donations are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to first seek resolution through amicable communication. If a resolution cannot be reached, the parties may proceed to mediation and, if necessary, binding arbitration in Quebec, in accordance with applicable procedures. Resort to court proceedings should be a last measure.
15. Termination
LHSC may, at its sole discretion, suspend or terminate your access to the website, membership, or digital platform if you violate these Terms, engage in harmful behavior, misuse LHSC resources, or otherwise act in a manner inconsistent with our mission and values.
