What began as an online collective of dreamers, hustlers, and fearless builders has transformed into something far greater: The Lady Hustler Society Club—an International Female Entrepreneurs & Professionals Association, now a federally and provincially registered nonprofit headquartered in Montreal, Canada. A movement. A force. A revolution.

The Lady Hustler Society Club aims to provide essential life necessities such as food and clean water to individuals or families facing poverty on a global scale. The Lady Hustler Society Club will also receive donations and other similar contributions, administer such donations and contributions, organize fundraising campaigns or any other related activities and services with the goal of raising funds for the aforementioned purposes. Everyone loves the idea of supporting women. They use the words: empowerment, diversity, inclusion.
They post hashtags. They make speeches. But support isn’t what you say—it’s what you do.

And we?

Imagine a woman who sees the light in everyone, even when they struggle to see it themselves. A woman who refuses to let dreams fade, bridging the gap between ambition and action. That’s Poulomi—our strategist, marketer, self-development creator, and most importantly, a force of unwavering belief.

From Kolkata, India, Poulomi has walked a journey fueled by resilience and the unshakable conviction that magic happens when women dare to dream big and are met with the support they deserve. As one of our founding beta members, Poulomi has been with us from the very beginning—an anchor during the storm and a voice of clarity when the noise grows loud.

But her role isn’t just strategic; it’s sacred. Poulomi is the heartbeat behind our mission to ensure every Lady Hustler feels seen, heard, and empowered to rewrite the industries they work in and disrupt the norms they’ve inherited.

MISHKA SIBERT — BOARD OF ADVISORS, CREATIVE INCLUSION & NEURODIVERGENT LEADERSHIP

Some people create content. Mishka Sibert creates worlds.

A founding member of The Lady Hustler Society Club, Mishka has been with us from day one — not just as a supporter, but as a co-architect of what it means to lead with radical inclusion, creative leadership, and lived experience.

She is the Founder of Happy Autism, a revolutionary brand she co-created with her non-verbal autistic brother, Samko — after watching her mother worry about his future, and society offer no pathway. When the world saw limitation, Mishka built a new system. Samko now serves as Creative Director, earning income, making decisions, and sharing his vision with the world. Their first product — a t-shirt featuring Samko’s artwork — was praised by Ben Affleck and Anna Kendrick.

Their 4-part documentary Road to Independence was funded by Adobe, and Mishka’s mission has been featured in American Forbes, touching millions of lives across the globe.

Mishka is also a video content producer and strategist, with over a decade of experience creating campaigns that move hearts and convert. After earning her BA in Television Production in the heart of London’s media scene, she worked across multiple high-impact productions — including as a Production Manager on a documentary co-produced by HBO, now streaming in 23 countries on HBO Max. She also worked as a runner on a Disney Channel UK campaign, gaining firsthand experience behind the scenes of major network storytelling.

Her client work spans global brands, influencers with millions of followers, and campaigns that have been featured on London’s most prestigious fashion streets. But beyond the metrics, her creative ethos is rooted in a deeper calling: to show the world what inclusion really looks like when it’s built from the inside out.

Mishka is a keynote speaker, A-bility mindset coach, and advocate for non-verbal communication, neurodivergent intelligence, and workplace environments that empower.

At The Lady Hustler Society Club, Mishka continues to blaze a path for what’s possible. Her presence ensures that this movement doesn’t just say the word inclusion — it lives it. Because in this revolution, we don’t wait for space. We make it — and we fill it with power.

Today, I’m beyond proud to introduce Rana Al-Basri Mouawad our communications powerhouse who is at the very heart of the Lady Hustler Society Club’s journey.

With 25 years of international experience in communications, public relations, content marketing, and personal branding, Rana has worked with global giants like Red Bull and Intuit, as well as leading brands and influencers across the MEA region. From crafting groundbreaking strategies to empowering voices, Rana’s expertise knows no boundaries.

But Rana’s journey isn’t just about accolades—it’s about resilience and reinvention.

She’s built her own fashion label, scaling it to 8 markets and 3 international online stores. She’s created a thriving communications consultancy, guiding global brands, senior executives, and creative minds.
