It’s so important that you don’t go into the call with a preconceived notion of how you can support your client. Remember: your clients want to create an emotional connection and determine whether they can trust you to help them. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
2- Dig in to Challenges.
Face them with you client. while a sales discovery call should be upbeat but you cant steer away from their real issues just to keep the call all rainbors. Upfront about their challenges! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
3- Ask Questions, Questions, Questions but also Listen Listen!
Ask questions to encourage your prospect to share information with you and continue building the relationship. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
4- Resist the Urge to Coach!
This is about gathering information as a means to determining whetever you are a good fit. Focus if you can at 150 % solve their issue and challenges! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
5- Give it up for Free.
When talking to your client give them tangible solutions with their issue. By showing that you are willing to address the pain point. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
6- See if you can disqualify them.
Not every lead is a good lead. if you take time to ask questions and understand your prospect to either direct them correctly to another reference and to make sure you are not wasting time for both of you. People love honesty and value when they are being directed correctly. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
